Arrary Dipping Machine

The Functions
1. Chips are loaded automatically and clipped in the silicon rubber jaws of steel strip. Dipping is continuously running.
2. Dip one side of chip and let it dried finish; then dip other side, and then dried out.
3. Two positions for dipping, and dipping plate has colling device with temperature controlling.
4. Heating device: A Preheating device; B: Hot air heating.
5. Correcting mechanism: A. Central correcting B. Position correcting.
6. The device of 90 degree rotation and position for chips.
7. CCD monitor,2 sets.
8. Speed of Steel belt vibration frequency of guided plate can be adjusted.
9.With straighted feeding mechanism.
10. Equipped with one monitor(able to layout and switch) for the surveillance of chip dipping.
